Ensure that schools are capable of pivoting to fully remote instruction as necessary in response to public health considerations. Support in-person instruction in classrooms and teaching labs with social distancing and public health safeguards in place. Develop unique academic opportunities that engage students with current local and global challenges and foster intellectual community.
